Calling all graduates interested in PAID teacher training!

Do you have a degree specialism linked to any of the core or creative subjects?

Are you interested in training as a Teacher whilst earning a salary?

  • Multiple opportunities for graduates to support in a number of schools in the Bournemouth and Poole area
  • Full time support roles within a chosen department
  • Ideal experience followed by PAID teacher training for a graduate looking to progress with a career in the education sector

Working with a number of secondary schools in the Bournemouth and Poole area, Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit graduates who are looking for a career in the education sector. There are numerous opportunities for successful graduates to work within a multi-academy trust of schools. These roles will involve an element of general assistance as a teaching assistant or cover supervisor but the majority of the role will be based within a department providing support to students in small groups and providing intervention.

The Future Teacher programme will have you working for one year at our partner school as a Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor to give you chance to gain experience and see if a career in education is for you. After the year, you would then go on to complete your training with the school in order to gain your teaching qualification. All whilst getting paid!

This is a fantastic opportunity for any prospective graduates in the Bournemouth and Poole area.

  • Pay ranging between £285 - £300 per week depending on experience
  • Graduates of all subjects encouraged to apply
  • Work within a highly supportive training school in the Bournemouth and Poole area
