Are you a graduate who loves a challenge?

Would you be interested in a Learning Support Assistant role which would involve working closely with an Educational Psychologist???

***£65 a day depending on experience

This primary school is located in Barnet, North West London and supported by good commuting links. This is a large school that has been graded as 'Outstanding' by OFSTED, and is deemed an inspirational school within the local community. As an inclusive school, they have a moto that every child matters, and should be rewarded with an outstanding education. They work hard to provide this for the local community, and this is one of the main reason's it is so highly regarded, let alone heavily oversubscribed.

Starting immediately the school are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant who will work with a student in KS1 who has challenging behaviour. Ideally the school want a graduate with experience, but this is not essential thanks to the fantastic support you will get from the SENCO, and Educational Psychologist.

As this Learning Support Assistant post is supporting a child with challenging behaviour, the school have said they would prefer someone with experience, but it isn't essential, as they have the support in place to make sure you get to grips with the roll with minimal fuss. Although the student has challenging behaviour the Headteacher has informed me the child is also very bright, and when on task does extremely well. This is one of the main reasons they are looking for a high achieving graduate.
