Graduate Tutor
Job description

Are you a Graduate? Do you see a career in education?
If you've answered yes then I have a fantastic opportunity for you! A lovely primary school in Welling (Bexley) are looking for a Teaching Assistant who has some experience in schools or just some education related experience will do.
The role we are recruiting for is a graduate tutor position and would require the chosen candidate to be in class during core lessons in the mornings. In the afternoons they would be required to work with specific groups to have an impact on the childrens progress. For example, being responsible for raising the attainment and impacting on the progress for a specific group of Pupil Premium children.
The idea of our graduate tutors is that if you would like to move onto a career in teaching then the school will train the candidate up with a view to putting them through teacher training. Therefore, if this is the route you wish to proceed with, the school would then provide you with opportunities to start working with larger groups of children.
This is really a dream position for graduates so don't miss out and apply!
Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Full assistance provided.
