Teaching Personnel are working with a school in the Falmouth area, who are looking for core subject graduates to work within their schools in providing assistance with secondary aged students.

This position is perfect for a recent Graduate who is hoping for a future career in secondary teaching, as it will provide experience before entering into a teacher training programme.

-          Full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant.

-          Required for September 2020

-          Any experience supporting children/young people previously is desirable.

-          Secondary school in Salford.

-          Gain invaluable experience prior to beginning teacher training/PGCE.

The school is in need of extra staff to guarantee students are supported and that teachers also have the help they require in the classroom. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant within our client school, responsibilities will include working 1:1 with identified pupils that require additional support within certain subject areas. Further responsibilities incorporate supporting the class teacher, covering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the teacher and delivering intervention sessions to raise overall pupil attainment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
