About the Graduate Teaching Assistant Role
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with additional needs, helping them to overcome barriers to learning in a structured and nurturing classroom environment.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- 
Providing 1:1 and small group learning support to pupils with SEN
 - 
Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
 - 
Promoting positive behaviour and inclusion
 - 
Helping create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment
 - 
Building trusting relationships with pupils and staff
