Are you a university graduate looking for a fulfilling and rewarding career?
Teaching Personnel is currently working with an Ofsted-Outstanding Teacher Training provider that is seeking motivated individuals who want to become Secondary school teachers. As a trainee, you will be able to work in a variety of schools, and the role location is flexible to suit your needs.
The secondary teacher training program is comprehensive, covering pedagogy, assessment, curriculum, behaviour, and professional behaviour, with a strong emphasis on application and practice. This approach builds confidence in the classroom by providing hands-on teaching strategies that you can immediately apply.
In addition to the weekly training sessions, you will have dedicated Friday sessions led by training leads, teachers, and keynote speakers. There will also be subject-specific training sessions that will further enhance your skills and experience. The program is bespoke and personalized to meet the needs and subject area of each trainee. After each training session, trainees will have a weekly mentor meeting where they can reflect and co-plan for the following week before trying things out in the classroom.
Upon completing the one-year teacher training course, you will be a fully qualified teacher ready to make a difference in the lives of your students. You will also be supported in finding an Early Career Teacher role to help you begin your career.
Teaching is a highly rewarding career, and there are many points to consider following your teacher training. Here are just a few:
- Making a real difference: As a teacher, you have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students, helping them to grow and develop into happy, confident individuals.

- Ongoing training and development: Teaching is a dynamic and constantly evolving profession, and there are always opportunities for ongoing training and development. This ensures that you can continue to improve your skills and knowledge throughout your career.
- Varied and exciting work: No two days are the same when you're a teacher, and there is always something new and exciting happening in the classroom. This makes for a varied and stimulating working environment that is never dull or boring.
