Contract: Full-time
Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

What You’ll Be Doing

As a trainee teacher, you’ll become part of everyday school life, gradually building your responsibilities. You will:

• Support pupils in lessons and small group interventions
• Work alongside experienced teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons
• Develop behaviour management and classroom leadership skills
• Track pupil progress and adapt learning to meet individual needs
• Create inclusive spaces where every pupil feels confident and supported

By the end of the programme, you’ll have the skills and experience needed to step confidently into a teaching role.
