Teacher Training Programme – Bournemouth
Full-Time | Start Date: January 2026 or September 2026
Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)

What You Can Expect from Our Training
Comprehensive Professional Development:
Our training combines hands-on classroom experience with structured seminars, workshops and coaching sessions. You’ll learn everything from curriculum planning and assessment to behaviour management, safeguarding and differentiation.
Personal Mentorship:
You’ll be paired with an experienced teacher who will guide you throughout your entire training year. This mentor will support your lesson planning, observe your teaching, and help you reflect on your practice to ensure continuous progression.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
