Teaching Personnel are looking for recent graduates to join our amazing workforce of Future Teachers in and around London. At Teaching Personnel, we are offering our Future Teacher Programme to graduates, where we select, interview, vet and recruit those who are interested in a career in education, before matching them with schools for paid work experience! This is particularly useful for schools with an eye on future staffing, who wish to access an additional resource - with degree level subject knowledge! Teaching Personnel work with a huge variety of secondary schools, so each day has the ability to present different and exciting challenges. Our client schools wish to appoint graduates to support a number of key areas including; Maths, Science, English, Humanities, ICT and MFL.

 

Graduates and Future Teachers are used for a range of roles, with both full and part-time positions available in the new year, where you will be supporting classes by and including:

  • Helping to raise the attainment through 1:1 and Small Group intervention
  • Delivering successful and informative lessons as a Cover Supervisor
  • Support students with SEN
  • Offer 'in class' subject specialist support
  • Involvement in departmental planning and marking

 

Teaching Personnel can offer:

  • Access to unique CPD opportunities to increase your qualifications and knowledge of the field such as: Autism Awareness, Safeguarding, Team Teach and more
  • An experienced consultant to help you with any questions or queries, along with our dedicated on call service

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
