Graduate Special Educational Needs 

Teaching Personnel are currently hiring for a Classroom Support Assistant in Wigan for a primary SEN provision, specialising in supporting students with Autism and complex learning difficulties. Supporting students with SEN is a challenging, but extrememly rewarding job. Working 1:1 and in small groups providing intervention to students under the guidance of the classroom teacher, you would gain significant experience with a whole range of learning difficulties. The sucsessful applicant will be patient, compassionate and caring, willing to adapt support style to each individual student's needs.

The setting is a small spcialist school with a friendly team of teachers, support and healthcare staff. 

This is a great opportunity for new psychology, education, child nursing graduates to gain some hands on experience! Both full-time and part-time roles available.

You will need to have suitable references and a DBS certificate (or be eligible to apply).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
