Teaching Personnel recruit teachers and learning support staff for primary, secondary and special schools across England and Wales. For this vacancy we are seeking a recent graduate looking for a trainee role in our Chelmsford office covering the Essex area. Education recruitment is never boring, but it is challenging, requiring high levels of energy and enthusiasm. As an education recruitment consultant, you will be the vital link between our schools and candidates, building positive relationships with both parties to better understand their needs and ultimately make the right placement for both the school and the candidate. Growing your current and new client school relationships through a range of business development activities including marketing, regular meetings and sales calls along with sourcing a pool of quality teachers and support staff through networking, advertising, recruitment events and word of mouth referrals.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
