Here at Teaching Personnel we support schools across the country with their staffing and recruitment needs ensuring we provide schools, teachers and learning support staff the tools they need to deliver the best service within the educational sector.

If you are a student looking to kick start your teaching career or a Newly Qualified Teacher looking to gain further teaching experience, we currently have placement opportunities available across the area of Teesside working across numerous key stages.

Teaching Personnel believe that completing voluntary placements in schools will work to your advantage - particularly when applying for positions within schools. If you are already working in a school, you could be at the top of the priority list if any permanent opportunities arise.

By gaining school experience you will develop a valuable insight into teaching which could potentially strengthen your application and prepare you for potential interviews.

Volunteering at a school will provide:
