Graduate Cover Supervisor – BL6

Flexible & Full-Time Opportunities Available

Teaching Personnel are supporting a secondary school in BL6 that is looking to appoint Graduate Cover Supervisors who are interested in starting a career in education.

This role is ideal for graduates who want to gain classroom experience and explore teaching as a long-term pathway. The school has a strong reputation for developing new staff and offers both flexible day-to-day work and secure full-time placements. Many graduates who have started in similar roles have progressed into teacher training or permanent school-based positions.

As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will lead lessons using pre-planned work, support pupils across KS3 and KS4, and help maintain a positive and focused learning environment. You’ll build confidence in behaviour management, classroom delivery and working across a variety of subjects.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
