Cover Supervisors Required – Bolton Secondary Schools

Salary: £89 – £100 per day (dependent on experience and school)

We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and professional Cover Supervisors to support several secondary schools across Bolton. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals passionate about education who are looking to gain hands-on classroom experience and make a positive impact on young people’s learning.

Role Overview

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing classes during short-term teacher absences. Your key duties will include:

• Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans across a variety of subjects
• Managing behaviour in line with school policies
• Supporting students in their learning and maintaining a positive, productive environment
• Ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate:

• Experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• A proactive, professional approach to supporting learning
• An enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
