Graduate Cover Supervisor - Secondary Schools Across Salford

Are you a recent graduate considering a future in teaching? Looking to gain valuable classroom experience before pursuing teacher training?

We are recruiting Graduate Cover Supervisors to work in a variety of welcoming and supportive secondary schools across Salford. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your classroom management skills, build confidence leading lessons, and make a positive impact on students' education.

The Role

As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain engaged in learning.
  • Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Gain exposure to different subjects and teaching styles.
  • Build valuable experience for a future career in teaching, education, or youth work.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
