Are you a recent graduate considering a career in teaching? Join our Graduate Future Teacher Programme and gain valuable classroom experience before beginning formal teacher training next year.
We are looking for enthusiastic graduates to work in our school as Cover Supervisors, supporting learning across a range of subjects. This is an excellent opportunity to develop classroom management skills, build confidence working with young people, and gain first-hand experience of school life while being supported by experienced educators.
What the role involves:

Supervising classes during teacher absences using prepared lesson materials

Supporting students to stay engaged and on task

Maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment

Gaining practical experience of behaviour management and classroom routines

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
