German teacher needed to work at our partner secondary school in Stockport starting from September or earlier if available. This is a full time language teaching position where you will be required to teach German to GCSE level and lower key stage French.

There is potential for this post to become permanent after an initial introduction through Teaching Personnel in September 2019 for the right candidate. High achieving academically and with pupil behaviour graded as Good by Ofsted this is a highly rewarding place of work for the successful German teacher.

With an overall positive Progress 8 score, this is a high performing school for successful academic performance. Situated in an affluent area of Stockport there are low levels of students eligible for free school meals and only 3% of students who use English as an additional language.

You will be expected to undertake full planning and marking responsibilities throughout this post and will be provided with regular support from an experienced Head of languages. Located in the SK6 post code of Stockport this

To be eligible for this German post you will need to have qualified teacher status in the UK, experience of teaching German to GCSE level in the UK curriculum, suitable references and a fully enhanced DBS certificate.
