Teaching Personnel are currently working in partnership with a 'Good' graded secondary school in Wigan to recruit a Geography teacher on a full-time basis.

The school have an opening within their Humanity department for a Geography teacher who is able to start in March 2019 to cover an upcoming maternity gap.

• Full time Geography teacher - Maternity cover from March 2019.
• Working within a high achieving 'Good' graded secondary school in Warrington.
• Pay in line with MPS/UPS dependant on experience (£23,720 - £39,406 per annum)
• Full planning and marking responsibilities are to be included.

Teachers of all experience levels are to be considered for this role; however it is essential that you have previous experience delivering Geography at GCSE level.

The Headteacher has set a clear ambition to deliver 'Outstanding' education for the students that attend their school. Someone who will strive to deliver 'Outstanding' levels of teaching practice in line with the schools aims. Finally it is crucial that the incoming teacher has a confident and engaging teaching style to ensure that they are stretching the learning of their pupils and giving them the tools to succeed.
