Geography Teacher – Full Time – September Start – Kettering Area
Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire
Contract: Full-Time | Start Date: September 2025
Salary: Paid to scale (MPS/UPS)
Teaching Personnel is proud to be working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in the Kettering area of Northamptonshire to recruit a passionate and knowledgeable Geography Teacher for a full-time role starting in September 2025.
The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Geography specialist to join a supportive and thriving Humanities department. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach at Key Stage 5 for the right candidate. This is a full-time position with full teaching responsibilities, including planning, marking, and attending departmental meetings.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
- Have experience teaching Geography at secondary level
- Be confident planning and delivering lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Demonstrate strong classroom management and a passion for their subject
- Be committed to supporting students of all abilities to achieve their potential
