A secondary school based in Gateshead wishes to hire an experienced Geography specialist to join their department in the new academic year. Ideally, the successful candidate should be able to challenge and motivate KS3 and KS4 classes to achieve their target grades, providing extra support for students who may be struggling to do so. The school is renowned for their high success rates during exams and would look impressive on any CV.

OVERVIEW

• This role commences in the new academic year
• Full-time role, initially for 4 weeks, with a strong likelihood of being extended further
• Creatively delivering the Geography curriculum to Key Stages 3&4 to ensure high achievement, planning lessons based on exam board specifications
• Providing additional support to disadvantaged students to ensure that they attain at the same rate as their peers
• Opportunity to be paid great rates-ranging from £120-150
