RUSSELL GROUP/RED BRICK GRADUATE SCIENCE TEACHING ASSISTANT - SEPTEMBER START - EXCELLENT TUBE LINKS – NORTH LONDON

  • £60-80 per day

Are you an aspiring student with a 1st / 2:1 in your particular degree and strong A-Levels? Would you like a year of academic experience as a Graduate Learning Support Assistant?

If the answer to the two questions is yes, Teaching Personnel has a great position at a highly ambitious and prosperous school situated in North London.

This Secondary school vacancy is for an exciting graduate with a good understanding of how to work with children. The successful candidate will have a passionate drive to want to become a Secondary Teacher and be excited that this assistant role will give them invaluable experience ahead of their chosen Teacher Training. You will show commitment to the school by going above and beyond whilst in your placement. The school is seeking a graduate who exhibits both the social skills to bond with their students and the ability to shape constructive, professional relationships with staff members.

As a Secondary Teaching Assistant you will be becoming a valuable member of the staff. You will be showing commitment to the school in question as you will be afforded the opportunity to help other staff members to run after school clubs and activities. You will be taking intervention and booster groups, as well as supporting 1:1 sessions to help raise attainment. You will be begin your teaching career path in a School dedicated in developing support staff into teachers through their impressive and successful Schools Direct program.

This Secondary school is found in North London, comes with ample parking and varying public transport links. The school has a track record of developing outstanding Graduates into outstanding Teachers and leaders.
