Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors needed

Teaching Personnel are looking for graduates seeking full-time, part-time or temporary work in schools in the Derby area. We have a range of roles available working as either a Teaching Assistant, Cover-Supervisor or 1-1 subject tutor. We work with schools, academies, independents and international schools, so whatever your preference, we are confident we can help.

By registering with Teaching Personnel you increase the likelihood that you find the right role for you. In the meantime you can earn a competitive daily wage providing short-term and temporary cover. Initially you would meet with our consultant who would talk you through our process and discover more about you and your requirements and preferences. Our dedicated, knowledgeable and experienced consultants will then speak to schools on your behalf and market your skills to find you that perfect role.

The right candidate should have a degree or relevant experience working with children. Our schools look for people with a positive can-do approach and the capacity to develop excellent relationships with young people.

You will need a DBS (criminal check certificate) within the last year, if you don't have one we can advise you how to apply. Our daily rates range from £60-80 per day depending on your skills, experience and qualifications and you could benefit from a range of NASEN approved CPD courses should you choose to.
