Graduates Wanted | Paid Experience | Pathway to Teacher Training

Are you a recent or soon-to-be graduate considering a career in teaching?

Our Future Teachers Graduate Scheme is the perfect first step into education. We’re working with secondary schools across Manchester to place enthusiastic graduates into paid roles as Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors, offering real classroom experience while preparing for teacher training.

What’s Involved?

  • Work in a secondary school environment supporting students and teachers

  • Gain insight into classroom management, curriculum planning, and SEN support

  • Receive guidance and training to prepare for a PGCE, SCITT or school-based teacher training programme

  • Build skills and confidence while earning a competitive weekly wage

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Graduates in any subject (particularly Education, English, Maths, Science, Psychology, Sport, History, or Languages)

  • Individuals passionate about education and working with young people

  • Future teachers looking to apply for training in 2025 or beyond

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
