Fully Qualified Teachers and Cover Supervisors in Surrey wanted!

Location: England, South East England, Surrey

Job Type: Expected to work Full-Time hours, 8:30am-3:30pm typically

Primary Industry: Education and Training

Salary: £110 - £170 Per day

Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), classroom experience

Skills: Proactive, behaviour management

Job Duties:

1. Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students

2. Manage classroom behaviour effectively

3. Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students

4. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning environment

5. Provide feedback to students to support their academic growth

Required Qualifications:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

- Proven classroom experience

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

- Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience

Knowledge and Skills:

- Strong understanding of the national curriculum

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to effectively manage classroom behaviour

- Proactive approach to teaching and learning

Preferred Qualifications:

- Additional training in behaviour management

- Postgraduate qualification in Education

Working Conditions:

- Full-time position with regular school hours

- Classroom-based teaching with occasional cover supervisor duties

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
