We’re currently recruiting for full-time KS2 teaching positions in several welcoming and forward-thinking primary schools across the Thornton area, starting in January 2025.
About the Role
As a KS2 Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in helping pupils build the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to succeed. You’ll be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
- Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
- Monitoring and supporting pupil progress through effective assessment
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support every child’s development

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent experience teaching in a KS2 classroom
- Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
- A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- A positive, child-focused approach and strong classroom presence
