Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Foreign Language Teachers to join our team. As a Foreign Language Teacher you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate students of all ages in the art of language acquisition. Whether you are a native speaker or a passionate language enthusiast, if you have a love for teaching and sharing your language and culture, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging foreign language lessons that cater to the needs and proficiency levels of students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and language acquisition.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress through quizzes, assignments, and examinations.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their language skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to curriculum development.
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
  • Foster an appreciation for the cultural aspects of the language being taught.

Qualifications:

  • QTS beneficial but not essential with experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Education, Linguistics, etc.) or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in the target foreign language (native or near-native level preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in language and culture.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
