Start Date: September 2025
Pay range: MPS1-UPS3 £31,650 - £49,084

We are seeking an inspirational, creative, and highly motivated Teacher of Food Technology to join our team. In this role, you will develop, plan, and deliver engaging and high-quality learning experiences for all students, ensuring progression is central to your lessons and encouraging students to think ambitiously as they grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high expectations to enable all learners to reach their full educational potential.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies to deliver learning objectives, incorporating inclusive approaches to meet the diverse needs of all students.
- Identify and support learners who may be affected by personal circumstances or changes.
- Set challenging and relevant teaching and learning objectives for every class.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and effectively manage support staff to enhance student learning.
Pay Range:
Main Pay Range (M1–M6) £31,650 - £43,607
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Food Technology or relevant subject specialism.
- A passion for teaching and learning.
- Commitment to the belief that every student has the right to fulfil their potential.
- Enthusiasm for creating an inclusive and inspiring learning environment.
