Teacher of Food Technology or Catering from September - Farnborough

Teaching Personnel are currently working with one of our partner school to provide a teacher of Food Technology or Catering to teach to a KS4 level.

The School are looking to recruit a full time teacher of Food Technology to join their team on a permanent basis teaching KS3 and KS4 students at a high level with ambition for them to improve on a continuous basis. We are looking for teachers with a professional outlook on students with a keen interest in developing as teachers and improving their understanding of how children learn and how best to motivate them to do so.

The school is currently being manged by a stable senior leadership team who have been in place over the last few years. The students and staff at the school are helpful, positive and friendly and welcome new teachers. The technology department has recently been equipped with new equipment and state of the art technological advances have been put in place to keep the department up to date and in line with national standards.

This role is suitable for an NQT and you will be fully supported by their impressive mentoring programme with two mentors one specialising in pedagogy and the other within food technology.

The school are happy to pay slightly above your current pay-scale in order to secure a quality teacher to join them in the new academic year!
