With this, a number of schools in the local area are using the agency and so we are in high demand for temporary and supply staff. The high demand for temporary staff has increased dramatically in the last 12 months following a number of schools making redundancies and therefore short staffed.

This means there are opportunities to work on a day to day and longer term basis in all these schools. The good news is that you can control when you work, for how long you want to work and where you work! You have flexibility to choose all these things! All we require for you to take up any supply work is that you hold a teaching certificate and that we are able to receive good references from your most recent employer/employers. Day to day and long term supply should not be seen as a last resort. This is the perfect way to get into schools without making any commitments!
