Teaching Assistants required in Sturminster Newton
Teaching Personnel is the UK's leading education recruitment agency. Due to high demand and our increasing popularity in the North Dorset area, we are looking to recruit enthusiastic and confident Teaching Assistants (TA's) to work on a supply basis in our client SEN school in Sturminster Newton.
This Special Educational Needs school is a day community school for children with profound and multiple (PMLD), Severe (SLD), Moderate (MLD) or complex learning difficulties. Some children have additional sensory or physical impairments, speech and language disorders or medical needs. Others are statemented as being within the autistic spectrum. The school provides for 131 children and students between the ages of 2 and 19 years.
We can offer full and part time positions as well as day to day supply work. If you are interested, we would require the following:
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (we can assist you in this)
- Experience supporting individuals with special educational needs
