Who We Are Looking For

We welcome applications from:

• Qualified Teachers and ECTs

• Teaching Assistants

• Individuals with experience supporting vulnerable children through charities, outreach programmes or community based services

Applicants must have relevant experience and/or qualifications that demonstrate their ability to support children and young people effectively.

Most importantly, we are looking for individuals who:

• Have a genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing

• Have a positive, proactive and professional attitude

• Are reliable, adaptable and committed to providing high standards of support

• Have a sound understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and child protection practices

• Possess a good understanding of the British primary curriculum and educational environment

• Have strong communication and relationship building skills
