We provide schools with Tutors, Learning Support Assistants and Cover Supervisors every day on a day by day, longer term and permanent basis working around the availability of our fully vetted candidates.

Are you a final year student seeking part time work around your studies or perhaps a graduate seeking paid work experience in a school? If so, we can offer you the following work around your schedule:

Cover Supervisor: Rate of pay GBP70-GBP80 per day

(Required on an ad hoc day by day basis with longer term arrangements available)

As a Cover Supervisor at this school, you will be tasked to cover lessons in the absence of the usual teacher, delivering lessons across the entire KS3 and KS4 curriculum. Whilst you do not need to have expert subject knowledge, it is strong desired that you have a good academic record including A*-C in English and Maths especially. Schools seek excellent communicators for this, individuals who can ensure that all pupils can access their learning and can work collaboratively with departments to ensure the smooth running and handover of lessons. It is important that individuals have a natural ability to lead and have a good classroom presence; confidence to implement school polices such as behaviour with a firm but fair approach.

Learning Support Assistant: Rate of Pay GBP61.20 per day

(Required of an adhoc day by day basis with longer term arrangements available)

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be tasked to support students who need additional support which can be either on a 1:1 or small group basis. You may be required to deliver targeted interventions set by the pupils usual teachers. It is important that you are able to build good rapport with students, are flexible, creative and resourceful. You may also be required to support as a Teaching Assistant where the teacher would delegate tasks for you to complete throughout their lessons to help facilitate learning. Some tasks may be administrative.

Tutor: GBP15-GBP25 p/h

As a Tutor, you would commit yourself to a student each week provided 1:1 targeted intervention sessions within your specialist subject area. This can be online or on a face to face basis. You would communicate with the students usual subject teacher to ensure sessions are rich in the right content and help students to achieve their potential. You would also expect to communicate with parents and carers on occasion.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
