A specialist setting situated in Oldham are currently looking to recruit Family Support Workers for a September 2019 start. These positions are full time and permanent positions so if you are currently looking for an exciting new role this could be perfect for you.
The role itself will involve working in cooperation with families who are identified as being at risk of going into crisis. Due to the nature of the needs of the families it would be ideal for potential applicants to have experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs this can be both professional and personal experience.
To be considered for the role you should have:
- Experience working with vulnerable people and their families
- A true passion for positively influencing the lives of pupils with SEMH
- Have the ability to build positive relationships with Teachers and pupils
