Early Years Teaching Assistant/Nursery Nurse Wanted in Harrow
Location: Harrow
Role: EYFS Teaching Assistant/Nursery Nurse Full Time
Pay: £83 - 95 per day (paid on a weekly basis)

They are well resourced with high standard specialist equipment and give the opportunity for the children to use their surroundings as part of their learning. The nursery is looking for an individual to join their dedicated staff team and work to build relationships with both the children and their parents/careers to show you are passionate about ensuring that each child receives the best care to reach their full potential in their early years of education.
What does the job role involve?
- Assess, record and report child development
- Record each childes progress and attainment
- Working with the class teacher and supervise class activities
- Keep records up to date and ensure staff and parents are updated on pupils progression
- Ensure children are safe at all times
- Provide a learning environment that will allow the children to excel
- Establish working relationships with colleagues
Essential requirements and qualifications:
High literacy skills and experience of supporting children’s learning
Must have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Desirable to have some experience working with SEN children
First degree in Essential & First Aid Qualification is desirable
Satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check
Overseas criminal clearance
Location of the school
The school is located 15 minutes from central Harrow. It is accessible via public transport with a short a 10-minute walk from South Harrow station or a 20-minute walk from Harrow-on-the-Hill station. There are also multiple busses that go near the area of the school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
