Job Title: Early Years Teacher
Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week

Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Teacher to join our dedicated team in Wellingborough. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can thrive and develop a love for learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of young learners in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback and support to ensure each child reaches their full potential.
- Develop and implement effective classroom management strategies that promote positive behavior and respect.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support the holistic development of each child.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practice and contribute to the school community.
- Maintain accurate records of students' achievements and prepare reports in line with school policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Early Years education.
- Proven track record of delivering engaging and effective teaching in the EYFS.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the wider school community.
Desirable:
- Additional qualifications or training in Early Years education.
- Experience with special educational needs (SEN) and inclusive teaching practices.
