EYFS Teacher

A small school in the Bamber Bridge area, are currently looking to appoint a temporary member of staff for the rest of the academic year to help support and teach Reception. This role is to cover a planned absence within the school and is due to continue until December 2021.   

The school is located within the Bamber Bridge area and strives to create a warm, safe and nurturing environment that meets and matches the needs of everyone in their school community. This is a welcoming school which incorporates faith into the lessons to help guide the children. The pupils are polite, well mannered and courteous toward each other and to adults and visitors. A significant minority of early years pupils enter with skills that are below those expected for age in numeracy, communication, language and literacy and in their personal and emotional development. Therefore you will need to be able to support children who may not be learning to their age group.

This is a part time position for 3 days (0.6) the days are flexible dependant on the candidates flexibility. The class is made up of 30 pupils and there are 2 teaching assistants on hand to assist with the running of the classroom.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
