A client primary school in the Hulme area of Manchester (M15) are seeking an EYFS teacher to join their vibrant staffing team on a full time basis after the May bank holiday. This full time teaching opportunity is at a 'GOOD' Manchester primary school which is dedicated to creating a learning environment where all children 'flourish'. The school are looking for a teacher who has experience teaching in the EYFS and will have a sound knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and Letters and Sounds frame work for Phonics.

The position is to work in a larger than average, two form entry primary school alongside dedicated EYFS practitioners. The EYFS department has been praised for encouraging children to 'progress and achieve continually' and boasts a well resourced facility with state of the art features and resources.

The school are looking for an energetic practitioner who will come in and take control of this busy EYFS provision. The successful applicant will be in charge of one of the schools reception classes and will work closely with the other members of the Early Years team to create a warm and welcoming learning environment for the children across the EYFS.

To be considered for this position, you will:

  • Have recent and relevant experience teaching in the EYFS
  • Will have original ideas and the ability to adapt the EYFS curriculum to suit the needs of all learners
  • Be dedicated to raising attainment across the EYFS

This EYFS teacher position will start in May and will run until the end of the academic year. The school are looking to appoint a permanent member of staff for this position so there will be opportunity to work onto a school based contract.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
