EYFS Teacher / EYFS Practitioner / EYFS Support Staff

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with Nurseries and Primary School Reception classes across Birmingham and Solihull to recruit dedicated EYFS Teachers, Practitioners, Room Leaders, and Support Staff. Opportunities are available for an immediate start for the right candidates.

Pay Rates (Daily):

• EYFS Teachers: £150 – £200 per day

• EYFS Practitioners / Room Leaders: £110 – £130 per day

• EYFS Support Staff: £95 – £105 per day

Essential Requirements:

• All applicants must have specific EYFS training

• Baby/under-2s training is desirable but not essential

• A strong understanding of the EYFS Framework

• Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework

• Preparing activities and running targeted interventions

• Supporting children’s learning, wellbeing, and emotional development

• Encouraging creative play, communication, and early learning skills

• Providing 1:1 support, small-group work, and whole-class support as required

• Maintaining effective communication between school and home

• Working collaboratively with teachers, practitioners, and support staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
