Experienced Secondary Teaching Assistant

Location: Crosby, Merseyside
Contract: Full-Time, Immediate Start

About the Role:


Teaching Personnel is seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to join a mainstream partnership secondary school in Crosby. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting students and making a real difference in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide classroom support to teachers and students.
  • Assist in the delivery of tailored learning plans.
  • Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to ensure inclusion and progress.
  • Foster a positive and safe learning environment.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting.
  • Strong background in supporting students with SEN.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
