About the Role
Teaching Personnel is seeking reliable, professional, and vigilant Exam Invigilators to join our bank. This flexible role is ideal for individuals looking for part-time, temporary work within local secondary schools and colleges during examination periods.
As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a key role in ensuring examinations are conducted in accordance with awarding body regulations, maintaining the integrity and smooth running of exams.
Key Responsibilities

Supervising students during examinations to ensure exam regulations are followed

Distributing and collecting exam papers and materials
-
Ensuring a calm, quiet, and orderly exam environment
-
Recording attendance and reporting any irregularities
-
Assisting with setting up and clearing exam venues
-
Supporting students where appropriate, while maintaining exam conditions
Requirements
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant
-
Excellent punctuality and reliability
-
Professional and calm demeanour
-
Good communication skills
-
Ability to follow strict procedures and guidelines
-
Previous invigilation or school experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
-
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Teaching Personnel

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
