English Teachers required

Teaching Personnel are the largest teaching agency in the UK operating nationally with a huge number of client schools. At the moment due to continued growth the Nottingham & Derby branch are on the look out for both fully qualified and newly qualified teachers.

Are you an English teacher?

Do you have experience working with children and young people?

If so, a number of schools in Nottingham are on the look out for English Graduates or qualified English teachers to work on both short term and long term basis. The role will entail supporting students at KS3 through to KS4 from basic literacy skills to GCSE English sessions.

The main duties of the job are:

• Have a UK recognised teaching qualification
• Supporting learners ages 11 - 16
• Be passionate about English and dedicated to delivering excellent teaching to all students
• Basic Literacy skills to GCSE English language & literature
• Breaking down students barriers to education
• Developing confidence, self-esteem & desire to achieve in students

What do you need to apply for this role?

• Be an English teacher /graduate of English or have sufficient transferable experience
• Have gained some experience working with children either paid or voluntarily and understand the challenges but likewise, the rewards that can be experienced working with these age groups.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
