English Teacher

Are you an excellent teacher of English who is able to inspire and challenge learners of all abilities?
Teaching Personnel are seeking to appoint a creative and motivated teacher of English. The successful English teacher will join our thriving client secondary school located in South Manchester and will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4. This is a full time role commencing in January 2020 and running until the end of the academic year.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dynamic teacher of English to join an established English department committed to ensuring the best possible outcome for all students. The successful teacher will have the ability to teach KS3 and KS4 English Language and English Literature and will take responsibility of planning and delivering lessons across a range of age groups and abilities. An ability to teach A-Level English would also be desirable but is not essential for this role. We are looking for an English teacher who has a passion for their subject and will be able to inspire and motivate all students regardless of their background and learning ability.
Highlight of this English teaching role:
- Full time post teaching KS3 and KS4 English
 - Salary to reflect MPS/UPS (GBP24,373 - GBP40,490) dependant on experience and pay scale
 - Commencing in January 2020 and required on a full time basis until July 2020
 - Introduction to vibrant secondary school located in South Manchester
 
Our client secondary school is large popular secondary school located just a short drive from Manchester city centre. The school has been on an excellent journey over recent years and has recently been judged by Ofsted to be a ‘Good’ school with good leadership and management and good achievement of pupils. The school is easily accessible via public transport links from the city centre and surrounding areas and for those who drive; the school can be accessed from the M60 and M56 motorway.
