THE TWO-YEAR PATHWAY
YEAR ONE | Cover Supervisor Role
September 2026 – August 2027
Work as a salaried Cover Supervisor while receiving intensive teacher training and mentorship. Gain hands-on classroom experience, observe experienced educators, and develop essential teaching skills in a supportive environment.
- Salary: £22,500 – £25,000
- Regular training on lesson planning, behaviour management, assessment, and safeguarding
- Dedicated one-to-one mentorship and coaching
- Classroom observation opportunities

YEAR TWO | Teacher Training Placement
September 2027 – July 2028
Progress to formal teacher training while continuing to earn a salary. Work towards Qualified Teacher Status with ongoing support and secure a permanent teaching position within our trust.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
