English Teacher
Are you an English Teacher seeking your next challenge? Do you want to teaching in an Outstanding Manchester secondary school?
Teaching Personnel have been approached by an Outstanding secondary school located in the Stockport area of Manchester, in order to recruit an English Teacher to join their English department. This English Teacher vacancy has become available due to a maternity leave within the English department, therefore the English Teaching role will be for 1 full academic year, starting from January 2019. The school are seeking an English Teacher who has excellent subject knowledge, and is dynamic in classroom, with the ability to engage pupils across the ability levels. The successful English teacher will be able to teach the English curriculum up to Key Stage 4, and display good behavioural and classroom management.

The client secondary school is located in a rural area of Stockport, in a leafy Manchester suburb. The school is easily accessible by car, located a 15 minute drive from Manchester outer ring road. The school is also easily accessible for Teachers who don't drive, with direct public transport links from Manchester city centre. Following their most recent Ofsted inspection, the Manchester school was graded Outstanding in all areas. The areas that were highlighted as particular strengths were the schools leadership and the pupil's behaviour, and overall desire to learn. The secondary school has high standards which are set for both their pupils and teachers, encouraging all in the school environment to strive for success and reach their full potential.
