Due to an expansion of the department, our client are seeking an English Teacher to join the school in January, for a long term temporary position with an opportunity of a permanent contract at the end of the academic year.

The incoming English Teacher will be joining a very welcoming and supportive English Department in a large modern secondary school. The department consists of a good mixture of experienced and newly qualified English Teachers, meaning if the incoming English Teacher was newly qualified, they would have the full support and guidance to complete their NQT year. With a bespoke and tailored NQT programme, this is an excellent opportunity for any Newly Qualified English teachers to flourish in an expanding department with real progression opportunities. Due to the school continuously expanding and the school evolving, there is could potentially be the opportunity to take up a position of responsibility in the future for more experienced teachers looking to progress their career.

Full time vacancy for an English Teacher to join the school on a temporary basis until the end of the academic year.

With a very impressive and modern main building, the incoming English Teacher, including NQTs can benefit from state-of-the-art facilities and excellent teaching and learning provisions throughout. With excellent leadership and training provisions in place, the school has a very welcoming and supportive environment, with this being said in it’s recent Ofsted report in which the school was graded ‘Good’ across the board.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
