English teacher- 1 term

A large, modern Secondary School, within easy access of Leeds city centre are seeking to appoint a qualified English teacher for a term from September 2016. (or as soon as possible after the start of term).

The role would be full time and would involve teaching English at both KS3 and KS4. You must have recent experience of teaching English up to GCSE level.

The school are looking for an excellent English teacher with enthusiasm, commitment, drive to achieve and strong classroom management skills. In return, they are able to offer a role within a large, supportive department, the opportunity to develop your skills further through access to CPD and opportunities to get involved in whole-school life.

The school is located close to Leeds city centre so has excellent public transport links as well as being just a stone's throw away from major motorway links to wider West Yorkshire.

The role would suit either a newly-qualified teacher looking to start their teaching career and the opportunity to start terms of induction, as well as more experienced teachers looking for a new challenge and new teaching environment.

The role is for one term initially but there is a possibility of a permanent role from January if you were interested in a longer term role at the school. Whilst working through Teaching Personnel you will have access to a range of CPD opportunities, as well as weekly pay (with daily rates of up to £187 depending on experience) and your own personal consultant.
