Qualifications:

• QTS
• PGCE or Equivalent
• Specialism in English
• BA Degree

Skills:

• Passion for teaching English
• Competent understanding of secondary English curriculum
• Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment for students of all abilities to thrive
• Strong and confident interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with everyone within the school
• Plan, deliver, and assess excellent English lessons to a range of ages and abilities

Job Duties:

As an English Teacher, your duties will include planning, delivering, and assessing engaging and informative English lessons to students. You will create a positive learning environment where all students can thrive and develop their English skills. Additionally, you will communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and students to ensure a collaborative approach to education.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional certifications or qualifications related to teaching English may be advantageous.
