Teaching Personnel are recruiting! Are you passionate and inspirational English Teacher, looking for a new opportunity in a secondary school in Christchurch?

Teaching Personnel is currently looking for a dynamic and innovative English Teacher, to join a large community secondary school, to start ASAP, for at least one term. This is a full time, long term role, paying up to £232 a day.

To join us and be successful in this English Teacher role, you will need to:

• Hold QTS Status or QTLS

• Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks

• Provide a CV with full employment/education history with any employment breaks explained

• Have the legal right to work in the UK

The role

The role itself will involve the delivery of English lessons to students in KS3 and KS4, where the department has enjoyed improving GCSE results year on year. Ideal candidates will have strong curriculum knowledge and will ensure that the lessons they deliver are of excellent quality using innovative and engaging approaches, ensuring that the students are having fun whilst making progress! You will also benefit from strong behaviour management focused around positive reinforcement.

We are recruiting on behalf of a thriving secondary school in the heart of Christchurch. They excel in pupil development and strive to give each child a great foundation. They are rated an ‘outstanding’ from OFSTED .

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
