Teaching Personnel are working in conjunction with a community Secondary School that has expressed a need for an English teacher. The role will begin at the end of the month on a temporary basis until Easter half term with the possibilities of the role continuing for the full academic year and also becoming permanent.
The successful candidate will have a great understanding of the English curriculum as well as the ability to teach using original teaching methods that are both engaging and mentally stimulating. This Large Secondary school has requested someone that can offer guidance throughout the age groups while also being confident in dealing with challenging behaviour that may occur throughout the day.
As this is a Long Term Teaching Placement once agreed with the school the successful candidate will be expected to plan and prepare their own lessons as well as assess and take part in parents evenings throughout the school year.
