Job description

Teaching Personnel is the UK’s leading education recruitment specialists and we are seeking an ambitious, target driven individual to join our Cambridge team as an Education Recruitment Consultant!

Life as an Education Recruitment Consultant is fast-paced, competitive and both challenging and rewarding in equal measure – no two days are the same! You will help education professionals find teaching jobs and classroom support staff roles on a temporary and permanent basis, in a role that we truly believe helps to make a difference to the lives of the countries teaching staff and children. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • A high volume of sales and business development calls to schools across the region
  • Resourcing quality teachers and support staff and carrying out interviews
  • Regular face-to-face client visits, building relationships with key decision makers within schools (A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle will be essential).
  • Creating quality marketing and advertising

 

To be a successful Education Recruitment Consultant you will be target driven along with possessing key characteristics of passion, energy and resilience. Our education specialists work tirelessly with our clients and candidates to deliver flexible solutions to the complex staffing needs and challenges faced by schools.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
